Tracy Ramsey Board Member Tracy is a member of Scott United Methodist Church and active with the choir and the United Methodist Women. She has performed with several productions to include: “All This Talk about Heaven” and Ebony Footprints in the Sands of Time. Tracy has also given numerous Black History presentations at her church.
